Event/Group Booking Request

Thank you for your interest in TOURISTS! We look forward to connecting with you. 

When submitting your request, please fill out as much information as possible and keep the following in mind:

• 2025 – We are currently taking requests for offsites & retreats, private events, and room blocks. Please note, all 2025 weekend wedding dates have been filled.
• 2026 – We have yet to start conversations for 2026 weddings. We open the books no more than one year out. Please reach out and we will share preliminary information and add you to a waitlist.

ROOM BLOCKS:

• Our hotel has 46 rooms. Across the river are two new TOURISTS HOMES, which are great for larger groups and families. You can learn more here. 
• Full buyouts require a site fee, which grants you exclusive use of the TOURISTS hotel property for events. This fee does not include the cost of hotel rooms, food & beverage, or art & adventure programming.
• Blocks between 5-20 rooms may require a minimum length of stay and F&B minimum depending on the time of year.

EVENTS:

• Most private events take place at The Airport Rooms, which requires a site fee. Our Lodge, deck, and pool are only available to use as a private event space with a full buyout.
• All outdoor events require a tent rental. This is a separate cost from the site fee.
• We can accommodate events up to 150 guests. We may require additional furniture rentals.
